Carol Stanford is the Polk Elementary Librarian.  Mrs. Stanford has 16 years of classroom and library experience.  She began her career teaching kindergarten and has taught at every elementary school level.  Mrs. Stanford earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University with a specialization in Reading Instruction and a graduate degree from the University of North Texas with a Masters of Information Science specializing in digital technology.  The Stanford family is composed of Greg, Carol, James, and Mark.
