Ms. Zaiontz attended Southwest Texas State University and completed her education at University of Houston-Clear Lake.  Ms. Zaiontz began her career at Elisabet Ney teaching Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten.  The following year, she participated in a pilot program teaching full day Kindergarten.   Ms. Zaiontz continued teaching Kindergarten for the next six years.  During the 2005- 2006 school year, she began teaching Pre-Kindergarten at Ney and also at Polk.  Ms. Zaiontz has one son and one daughter who attend Brazoswood High School.  She feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to teach at Polk!
