 My name is Mrs. Rodriguez.  I am extremely pleased to be teaching 2nd grade bilingual this year at Polk Elementary.  I have been teaching for 14 years. Most of those years were spend teaching Bilingual Education at Angleton ISD. I am thrilled to be returning to 2nd grade here at Polk for my second year. 

A little bit about me…..

 I earned a Business Administration degree from UT Pan American.  But my love for learning lead me to become a teacher.  So I went on to get my teaching certificate from UH Clearlake.  My husband and I moved to Lake Jackson 22 years ago.  We have 3 sons, David, Michael, and Jesse.  David is attending UTSA majoring in Finance.  My son Michael is graduating from Angleton High School this year.  My son Jesse is currently in 6th grade.  We currently reside in Angleton, Texas.
