Hats off to Beutel!

    A.P.Beutel Elementary is one of twenty public or private schools in Texas, ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade that have received the very prestigious designation of being named a 2007 National Blue Ribbon School.  The students and faculty celebrated the designation by wearing hats decorated with blue ribbons.
