Astronomy deals with the nature of the solar system and universe, including novae, supernovae, and black holes. A strong math background is recommended.  This course is taught at the Brazosport Nature Center and Planetarium on College Drive, Clute.

This class has a prerequisite of 2 years of required science and principal approval.
