The fourth year
curriculum provides students a hands-on experience in management of the
cadet corps. Cadets put the theories of previous leadership courses into
practice. World Geography, survival training, policy and organization of the
four branches of military service, present and future world simulations and
military and scientific technology are also discussed. Leadership studies
include management techniques, decisions, and functions for manage self and
others.
