The Brazoswood Art Club is currently involved in the
Brazoria County Fair art contest. They are also participating in Culture
Shapers. Culture Shapers is an arts initiative for all high school
students in Region IV - Harris, Waller, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston,
Brazoria, Fort Bend and now - Montgomery counties. If you attend High
School in one of these counties - you are eligible to compete for more
than $90,000 in cash prizes!
Further activities include the Houston Livestock Show
and V.A.S.E. (Visual Arts Scholastic Event). The mission of the TAEA
Visual Arts Scholastic Event is to recognize exemplary student
achievement in the Visual Arts by providing art students and programs a
standard of excellence in which to achieve.
