Two-piece dresses and cutouts are NOT allowed. Sheer/see through fabric over bare areas is NOT acceptable.

  Hems and leg slits are to be no higher than the end of the fingertips. Dresses should not be cut low in front. Strapless or spaghetti strap tops are allowed.

  Dress backs should be no lower than waistline. The dress should NOT show flesh in the front past the center of arm when it is held at a natural position at one’s side.
