| Yearbook class produces the Clute
Intermediate School yearbook. Students work together making spreads, taking
pictures, getting quotes, and making captions. The students are allowed to
use their creative minds to plan out the yearbook. Deadlines are something
they have to deal with.
This is Mr. Meraz's second year as a yearbook teacher/advisor, so he considers himself as a second year yearbook student. Mr. Meraz has learned so much about the process and as luck would have it he says he also has a great yearbook crew. Here's what Mr. Meraz has to say about his yearbook staff: Cesar Jimenez is very creative and is always thinking outside the box. Nick Lambert is the "wordsmith" of the group. If you need a title or a caption he's the man to see. Danielle Hernandez always gets the job done. She can pull all the elements of a page together really quick. Jessica Segura is also a seasoned editor. She is persistent and always strives for good photojournalism. Mitchell Schuster is one person I can count on. He checks in with me at least six times a day and is always on top of things. Brittany Ramirez is a persistent interviewer and photographer and always gets what she needs. Marco Claire....Marco Claire...What can I say... he's probably the most colorful yearbook staffer I have. He's not bashful and always has something to say. He heads our sales department and if you said you'd never buy a yearbook just spend five minutes with him and I bet he'd sell you two. |
