Students with financial need should
see their testing coordinator or counselor to determine if they
qualify for a fee reduction. |

Examination dates and times are
non-negotiable. They are predetermined by the College Board

Students are expected to arrive
early. Exams begin at the posted time. Students arriving late will
not be admitted. No refund will be given. |

Bring your lunch if you are taking
exams in both the morning session and afternoon session on the
same day. |

Students with documented
disabilities who wish to receive testing accommodations must be
pre-approved by the College Board Services for Students with
Disabilities (SSD). The postmark deadline for eligibility forms is
February 23, 2007. SSD packets
are available from your testing coordinator. |

Cell
Phones, Pagers, and PDAs: No cell phones, pagers, or
PDAs are allowed in the testing room. |
 |
Testing locations will be announced
and posted in AP classes April 30th. |
 |
Students behaving/testing
inappropriately will be dismissed from the exam. No refund will be
given. |
 |
Pre-administration Sessions:
All students are required to attend a pre-administration
session on May 1, 2, or 3. Times are 7:50 AM, all lunches, and
3:30 PM. During the pre-administration session students will be
completing their AP Student Pack and identifying information on
their answer documents. Students should expect to spend 20 to 30
minutes in the pre-administration session. |

Cancellation/Refund Information: To
cancel your order, you must notify the testing coordinator at your
campus in writing.

Cancel by
April 3: 100% Refund.

Cancel by
May 4: Refund of all but $13 per exam.

Cancel after
May 4 or decide not to
test at the last minute: NO REFUND.
