Supply Needs and Delivery

Science Kits are delivered to the campuses twice a year and picked up twice a year.  After kits are picked up, they are cleaned and refurbished with more consumable supplies.

“Mud pies to Magnets” Science Kits remain in the Kindergarten classrooms.  Each kindergarten teacher will be emailed an order form to request consumable items that need to be replaced in the kit. Teachers fill out the order form and return it to the Hands On Science Materials Supply Resource Center by email to Libby Puckett or Kathy Croxton by April 30, 2004.

Kits for grades 6 through 8 also remain on campus and science teachers for these grade levels are e-mailed a supply order form to fill out to request consumable supplies when needed.

The order form can be printed filled out and returned to the Hands On Science Materials Supply Resource Center by in house mail or filled out and e-mailed to Libby Puckett by April 30, 2003.
