Elementary

O. A. Fleming is located at 431 West 4th Street in Freeport, Texas.  We have a population of 380 students.  Our campus consists of 48 staff members. Our school colors are red. white and blue.

OUR VISION

O. A. Fleming seeks to provide a setting in which a child's natural curiosity is developed by offering a challenging education that nurtures creativity and fosters academic, emotional and social growth.  

Our mission will be accomplished by:

• celebrating and honoring diversity

• stimulating life-long learning

• creating unity of purpose in a spirit of cooperation, harmony and adventure

• providing a positive environment of support, security and success

Students will have the opportunity to reach their highest learning potential and become responsible citizens and leaders.
