Dr. Dennis McNaughten
Dr. Dennis McNaughten has 31 years of experience in public education. He came to Brazosport ISD in July, 2008. He has served as the Director of Assessment & Counseling for the Hubbard ISD, trained principals for the Department of Education Administration at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, served as Assistant Superintendent in Gainesville, and served as Superintendent for Lipan ISD. He has been a teacher, counselor, principal, and administrator.
Dr. McNaughten received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tarleton State University, a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Tarleton State University, and his Doctorate in Administration from Texas A&M University.
