Instructions for using Eduphoria: Workshop

Registering for a Workshop
Participants may continue to register up until four days prior to the date of a workshop.
Registering On-Line
Remember absolutely no email or phone calls will be accepted for registration.
Limiting Workshops
All workshops will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Maximums have been set for each workshop. When a workshop is full, the program will no longer accept participant enrollment. A waiting list is available in Eduphoria: Workshop. If a spot becomes available, Eduphoria: Workshop will enroll you and notify you via your BISD email address. If you are on the waiting list, please contact Janice Constantine at 730-7016 (Internal - 12276) or check your BISD email account before the class to see if you were added.
Canceling Workshops
If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will receive a workshop cancellation notice via email.
Workshop Attendance
Registration Fee All BISD workshops are offered to our employees at no cost. Payroll deduction only occurs if someone registers for a course and DOES NOT attend.
Dropping a Workshop
You may drop a workshop up to one week prior to the starting date without consequence. Any non-emergency drops after this time will result in a payroll deduction. Please contact Janice Constantine at 730-7016 (Internal - 12276) or the workshop instructor to avoid the $15 payroll deduction.
Payroll Deduction
Not attending a workshop for which you are registered will result in a $15 payroll deduction (emergency cases will be considered on an individual basis). If you must cancel your registration at the last minute due to an illness or some other emergency, please contact Janice Constantine at 730-7016 (Internal - 12276) or the session instructor to avoid the $15 payroll deduction.
Sign-In Sheets
All workshops will have a sign in sheet. Attendance will be recorded in the Eduphoria: Workshop according to this sign-in.

Workshops are scheduled by a minimum attendance requirement and trainers hired accordingly. Please honor your commitment to professional growth in BISD.
