Tara Fulton - Music Teacher
Hello!
My name is Tara Fulton and I teach music at Jane Long Elementary. I am blessed to be a part of our wonderful faculty and surrounded by great students. We have a lot of fun in my music class! Music is a wonderful part of the educational experience. It is my priority that every student in my class develops an appreciation for music and fine arts. I became a musician at an early age and have been involved in music my entire life. Throughout my school years I was involved in choir, band, and orchestra. My music teachers were an inspiration to me and that’s why I became one myself. I hope to inspire others to develop a love for music and to perform to the best of their abilities! I attended college at the University of Houston. I have an awesome husband named Jason and a beautiful son named Jackson. Together we enjoy listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. I also like to read, cook, and take pictures. My goal as a teacher is to give every child the opportunity to experience the joy of learning and hopefully touch their hearts so they will always have a love for music!
