Creative Education Institute (CEI) is a new approach to learning made available through the Essential Learning System. This program develops reading skills and helps to build a strong learning foundation. Using computer technology, CEI directly addresses the individual causes of learning of failure for each student. The goal of the program is to strengthen weak sensory processing and improve students' ability to recall information on command.
