Our principal is Cindy Deska. She has been the principal at Polk since January 1996. She was assistant principal at Polk for 6 and 1/2 years and at Brannen for 5 years. This is her 27th year as an educator. She has two children, one who attends Brazoswood and one who attends the University of Alabama. We are very lucky to have such a fine administrator leading our school!
