This is my first year at Polk Elementary. I am beginning my 25th year in the teaching profession. I attended Sam Houston State University for my BA and Stephen F. Austin University for my Master’s degree.
My past teaching experience has been at Pasadena, Sheldon and Cleburne I.S.D.
I have taught resource classes at the Middle School and Elementary settings, L.I.F.E. Skills classes at Middle School and Elementary levels. I have also served as a Facilitator at the Elementary grade level.
My husband, Joe and I have been married for nearly 25 years! We have a son, Justin that is attending college this year, and a daughter, Audrey that is attending Brazoswood High School.
I am enjoying teaching my students at Polk Elementary and learning my new community in the Gulf Coast Area!!!
