Jennifer Rod has been teaching at Polk since 2000. She graduated from Brazoswood High School in 1985 and then from Southwest Texas State University (now known as Texas State) in 1989. She taught kindergarten in Angleton for 10 years and kindergarten at Polk for 3 years. She now teaches 2nd grade at Polk. She is married to Bobby and they have three boys. Matt is 16, Mason is 13, and Mitchell is 8.
