I am the music assistant here at Polk. I have been a music assistant in the district for 17 years and at Polk for 12 years. I come from a musical family. Before I married I traveled across the country singing gospel music with my parents and 5 sisters. We had a lot of fun! I met my husband in East Texas. We have been married for 28 years. We have two boys. They are the joy of my life!  Josh is 26 and is an AutoCAD Operator. Caleb is 25 and is in med school at UT Houston. I also teach piano lessons after school. I love teaching music to all these wonderful children!
