Beginning January 1, 2006, trustees and the
superintendent must file "Form CIS: Local Government Officer Conflicts
Disclosure Statements" relating to vendor contracts if they are
aware of facts that require the officer to file the statement. As of
this date, there are no disclosures necessary. All
