Pre-Kindergarten
A child, who is four years old on or
before September 1st, shall be eligible for pre-kindergarten if s/he
is either: homeless; unable to speak and comprehend the English
language; the child of active duty military personnel, activated
Guardsmen and Reservists, or those service members recovering from
injuries sustained in service; or is from a family whose income would
qualify the child for free or reduced-price lunch. A parent or legal
guardian registering the child must bring the following records at the
time of registration:

An up-to-date
immunization record

Official birth certificate
-
Proof of residence, i.e. rent
receipt, utility stub, etc.

Child's social security card
-
Proof of military affiliation (for
military exemption)

Proof of income (for free/reduced
lunch exemption)

Identification of person registering
the child.
Kindergarten
A child who is five years old on or
before September 1st shall be eligible for kindergarten. A parent or
legal guardian registering the child must bring the following records
at the time of registration:

An up-to-date
immunization record

Official birth certificate
-
Proof of residence, i.e. rent
receipt, utility stub, etc.

Child's social security card
-
Identification of person registering
the child.
