 | Each employee is responsible for completing the Level Application
following the printed directions and providing documentation to their campus
tech rep. |
 | The campus Instructional Tech Rep (ITR) will approve or deny Level
Certification. |
 | The ITR will review each application and accompanying documentation to
ensure the Level requirements have been met. |
 | Substitutions will be approved by the ITR. Only if the applicant has
mastered the defined skills but did not take formal training then may an
appropriate substitution be made. |
 | If questions arise, the ITR will contact the Coordinator of Instructional
Technology for clarification or for a final decision on approval. |
 | The ITR will notify the Coordinator of Instructional Technology via email
when an employee is approved for a Level Certification. The person's name,
campus, level awarded, and title should be sent. |
 | The ITR will maintain all application paper work in a file on campus. |
 | The Coordinator of IT will add the name to the district database and print
a certificate. |
 | The certificate will be sent to the ITR for distribution at the campus. |
