 | Carefully review the Multi-Level Certification Plan to see that the
required hours in the level have been met. |
 | Complete the Level Application as the printed directions indicate. An
application can be obtained from your Instructional Tech Rep (ITR) or can be
printed off the BISD Internet site. |
 | Staple a copy of your documentation to the application. Documentation may
include certificates, a CourseWizard transcript, or a college transcript
with course syllabus or course description. |
 | A substitution may be made for hours if you have mastered the required
skills but did not attend formal training. If you have not mastered the
defined skills then you will need to attend a workshop to fulfill the
required hours. Substitutions will be approved by the ITR. |
 | Submit the application and documentation to your campus Instructional
Tech Rep for approval. He/she will notify you as to the status of the
application within one week. |
 | If questions arise, the ITR will contact the Coordinator of Instructional
Technology for clarification or for a final decision on approval. |
 | When approved, the ITR will notify the Coordinator of Instructional
Technology for a certificate to be printed. The certificate will be sent to
the ITR for distribution at the campus. |
