 | Site folder/directory structure should parallel the site's home page or navigation bar |
 | Name files and folders in easily understood short titles |
 | Folder and file names should not contain capitals, spaces, or non-alphanumeric script.
Underscores are acceptable for separation of names |
 | Limit the number of folders/directories for better organization of the site |
 | Include a common images folder for the graphics used throughout the site If the number
of graphics for a page is large (over 15), create a folder which includes all the graphics
and the html page |
 | Keep file extensions to three letters - .htm, .jpg, .gif, .pdf |
 | Edit all pages for proper grammar and spelling |
 | Follow all the Clip Art standards |
 | Support all photographs and work with proper consent forms.
(Permission forms should be kept at the campus level) |
 | Include credits and permissions (for any images used) as a comment on the source page.

 | Whenever possible, link graphics from an images folder |
 | Limit each page to 10 seconds download time (T1) unless approved by the
District Webmaster. |
