| NOTE: The District does not keep immunization
records on file. |
Transcripts can be obtained by writing, visiting or FAXing
[979.730-7199] the BISD Media Center.
Click below to download a Transcript Request form and mail it or FAX it
along with a copy of your valid driver’s license or state photo ID.
You must request a copy of your own transcript or give written permission
for another person or entity to receive a copy of your transcript. A copy of
your valid driver’s license or state photo ID must accompany the request.
