Parents and Guardians, the purpose of this communication is to inform you about the distribution of final report cards.
Skill Books for students in EE, PreK, Kindergarten, first, or second grades will be emailed to parents using the email that is in our student information system contacts. Skill books will be printed and mailed by the campus to parents or guardians who do not have an email address in the system.
Report cards for students in grades 3 through 12 will be available through Parent Self-Serve. If you do not have a Parent Self-Serve account, or if you need assistance accessing your account in Parent Self-Serve, please email

If you need a paper copy of your child's grades 3-8 report card, please email
[email protected], or call 979-730-7000 ext 11116. A representative from the Compliance and Data Quality department will assist you in completing your request.
