Congratulations goes to 75 Brazosport ISD student athletes recognized as 2019-2020 Academic All-State honor recipients. These outstanding students represent both fall and spring athletic programs offered in BISD.
These athletes have demonstrated the ability to not only manage, but excel at both academics and athletics. To be nominated for Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) Academic All-State honors, a student must be a senior in good standing with the team, be of good moral character and have an overall grade point average of 92 or above.
“The large number of our athletes receiving All-State honors speaks to the high quality education that they are receiving in Brazosport ISD,” said Superintendent Danny Massey. “BISD’s outstanding teachers and coaches work together to support student success in the classroom as well as on the courts and playing fields.”
