Over 90 Student Athletes Make Academic All-State Teams

Congratulations goes to the 61 Brazosport ISD student athletes recognized as 2020-2021 Academic All-State Spring sport honor recipients. This takes the total number of 2020-2021 Academic All-State honors over the 90 mark.

These athletes have demonstrated the ability to not only manage, but excel at both academics and athletics. To be nominated for Academic All-State honors, a student must be a senior in good standing with the team, be of good moral character and have an overall grade point average of 92 or above.

“The large number of our athletes receiving All-State honors speaks to the high quality education that they are receiving in Brazosport ISD,” said Superintendent Danny Massey. “BISD’s outstanding teachers and coaches work together to support student success in the classroom as well as on the courts and playing fields.”
