Brazoswood High School welding students competed at the Technology Student Association (TSA) State Championship and brought home Best in State awards and more! The team placed two 1st Place Best in State awards for their work on the BISD Book Bus and on a quad trailer. Additionally, they received 2nd place for a fishing chair bumper setup, which allows two people to fish from the back of a parked vehicle, and placed fourth overall for a hibachi cart. Congratulations to the students listed below, and their instructor Richard Junkermeier for sharing their creativity, diligence, hard work and dedication that ultimately earned them these prestigious state awards.
