Two locations for COVID-19 testing for students and staff free of charge. The on-site test administered is a COVID-19 antigen rapid test and will be administered by a trained test administrator. You must complete the three steps below to schedule your appointment.

Reserved parking is available at the BSA/PRC testing location. Please stay in your vehicle upon arrival, and call the phone number posted on the reserved parking signs for further instruction.

Step #3 - Consent Form
Please print and bring the consent form with you to the test site. A Parent/Guardian must accompany students under 18 years of age.

Step #4 - Obtaining Your Result
You will receive a text message when your result is ready. Use the following link to login and view your result. Please provide campus nurse with student test result. Staff report test result to Human Resources.
