Parade & Celebration Planned for Brazoswood Water Boys Polo UIL State Champions and Brazoswood Girls Water Polo UIL State Runners-Up
Brazoswood Boys Water Polo Team will forever be the first team named on the Texas UIL 6A State Championship list and the Girls Water Polo Team will be the Texas UIL 6A State Runner-Up.
To celebrate the accomplishments of both teams, BISD and Brazoswood High School are planning a community parade on Sunday, November 13 at 1:00 PM. Following the parade, a celebration will be held in the new Brazoswood Auditorium.
We invite everyone to come out to the parade and celebrate our champions and then come inside the new auditorium to continue the celebration! Congratulations Coach Robert Brown, Assistant Coach Kiel Haner and all team members.
The parade route will be:
(To start, the parade will exit the 9th grade road, going left on Dixie Dr. Then the parade will take another left onto Brazoswood Dr. and continue on past Brazoswood High School. At Lakeview Dr., the parade will take a right and go past the Brazosport Teachers’ Credit Union, BISD Transportation and continue on around the backside of T.W. Ogg Elementary School. The parade will take a left on N. Lazy Lane and continue to cross Brazoswood Dr. and head into the parking lot of the school.)
