Serving Grades 9-12 in 2026-2027

Brazosport ISD has launched a Virtual High School Program for students entering grades 9–12. The program provides a flexible, high-quality learning experience while allowing students to remain connected to Brazosport ISD.

Students may choose from:

• Fully Virtual Learning – Complete all coursework online.
• Hybrid Learning – Combine virtual coursework with select in-person opportunities such as Electives, Career & Technical Education (CTE), Fine Arts, and Athletics.

The BISD Virtual High School Program provides:

• Instruction and support from certified Brazosport ISD teachers
• Flexible learning options paired with clear weekly schedules, expectations, and assignment deadlines
• Personalized academic support, progress monitoring, and regular communication
• Continued enrollment as a Brazosport ISD student with access to district resources and opportunities
• A rigorous, standards-based education that prepares students for college, careers, military service, and lifelong success

Admission
Admission to the Virtual High School Program requires the completion of an application and a review of the student's prior academic performance to determine readiness for virtual learning.
Students living outside Brazosport ISD boundaries may apply.
The district plans to expand virtual and blended learning opportunities to additional grade levels after the 2026–2027 school year.
