Texas Public Schools Week is a time for the entire BISD community to recognize the teachers, administrators, support staff, parents, volunteers, and community partners who help students learn, grow, and prepare for the future. One meaningful way to participate is by sharing the great things happening in BISD schools and engaging with campus and district events throughout the week.

Stay connected by visiting the district website, Facebook and Twitter pages, and exploring opportunities listed on campus and district calendars, including the Peachjar eFlyer page available on each campus website.

Established in 1950, Texas Public Schools Week recognizes the contributions of the state’s public education system and the collective effort that supports student achievement. Behind every successful student is a network of support working together to create opportunities for learning, growth, and future success.
