Brazosport ISD recently celebrated one of life’s most meaningful milestones, welcoming a new child into a family and honoring the miracle of new life by recognizing district employees at its annual BISD Baby Shower.
Earlier this month, the BISD Human Resources Department hosted the annual districtwide event recognizing employees who are expecting or have recently welcomed a child through birth or adoption. The gathering brought together BISD staff in a warm, celebratory setting designed to honor growing families across the district.
Guests received gifts and were surrounded by a network of local healthcare partners who shared information about services, care options, and support resources available to new and expecting parents. Participating partners included area providers who offered guidance and insight into family-centered care and community support.
The celebration also featured hors d’oeuvres and treats prepared by Career and Technical Education (CTE) students, adding a special touch that highlighted student talent and district collaboration.
BISD remains committed to supporting staff not only in their professional roles, but also through life’s most meaningful milestones.
