The talent and creativity of BISD student artists will be on full display as nine outstanding artworks have been selected for the prestigious Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (HLSR) 2025! After being judged by the HLSR School Art Committee, these exceptional pieces earned top awards and will be proudly showcased in the Hayloft Gallery this March—a remarkable honor in one of Texas' most celebrated art competitions.
From elementary to high school, students from across BISD put their skills to the test, capturing the heart and spirit of rodeo culture through their incredible artwork. These winning pieces were selected from our local BISD Rodeo Art Show and went on to compete at the Houston-level judging, where they stood out among thousands of submissions.
Congratulations to our BISD 2025 HLS&R Art Winners!
