Brazosport High School’s band program earned impressive results at the Region Band auditions held December 6, 2025, at Needville High School. A total of 53 Brazosport High School students auditioned among nearly 600 students from across the region.
From those auditions, 24 Brazosport students earned spots in the Region Band, with three named as alternates. In addition, 13 students advanced to the Area level, continuing their pursuit of All-State recognition.
Area auditions will take place January 10, 2026 at Calallen High School. The district congratulates these talented student musicians and Band Director Dennis Boucher, along with Assistant Directors Shane Rutherford and Richard Schuetze, for their dedication, preparation, and outstanding representation of Brazosport High School.
