We’re excited to reintroduce Counseling Corner, a video series designed to provide helpful information and practical resources on topics that matter to our community of students, staff, and families.
This school year, we’ll be bringing you a new round of Counseling Corner videos highlighting timely topics and offering guidance to support student well-being, success, and connection.
First Up: Understanding Anxiety
Starting a new school year can bring a mix of emotions. It’s completely normal to feel nervous or anxious as a new school year begins. Whether it’s adjusting to a new routine, meeting new people, managing academic expectations, or simply getting back into the rhythm of school, students and families may experience some level of anxiety.
