Brazosport ISD extends a heartfelt thank you to Linda Kellogg for her efforts acquiring donations for the Ten Commandments posters for every classroom in the 17 campuses throughout the district. These posters are in compliance with the
new state law, which requires all public elementary and secondary school classrooms to display donated durable posters or framed copies of the Ten Commandments.
The Texas Legislature passed
Senate Bill 10 in May 2025, signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott on June 21, 2025, and becomes effective September 1, 2025, applying to the 2025–2026 school year.
