The defending State Champion Brazoswood Lady Bucs are making waves once again! After capturing their fourth consecutive Region II Championship, the Lady Bucs have advanced to the UIL State Water Polo Championships once again.
Coming off their 2024 State Championship title, the Lady Bucs have again demonstrated their strength, consistency, and teamwork in the pool earning another trip to state and solidifying their place among the top programs in Texas high school water polo.
The State Semifinal matchup is set for Friday at 1:00 p.m. in San Antonio, where Brazoswood will face Boerne Champion High School for a chance to advance to the State Final.
“Each year this team finds a new way to raise the bar,” said Head Coach Robert Brown. “Their dedication, discipline, and love for the game have been incredible to watch. I couldn’t be prouder of how they represent Brazoswood and our community.”
