Brazosport Independent School District has announced Bridgette Percle as the new Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE). With 20 years of experience and a strong connection to BISD, Mrs. Percle is prepared to lead this vital program with a focus on student achievement and workforce readiness.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Percle has served in various roles in BISD including teacher, counselor and campus administrator, earning recognition as BISD Assistant Principal of the Year and BISD Secondary Principal of the Year for her leadership and dedication to student success. Her journey also includes district-level leadership, where she developed programs to enhance instructional practices and meet the needs of diverse learners. Most recently, she led initiatives to support staff and students as the Executive Director of Educational Programs in Angleton ISD.
“I am honored to return to Brazosport ISD in this capacity,” said Mrs. Percle. “Helping students explore their interests and prepare for success after high school is a responsibility I deeply value. I’m eager to build programs that empower students and open doors to future opportunities.”
As an experienced highly effective leader, she is dedicated to advancing the district's mission of graduating each student to be future ready.

Her leadership will help ensure students are prepared to achieve their goals and meet the demands of an ever-changing workforce.”
Now returning to BISD, Mrs. Percle brings extensive experience and a commitment to ensuring students are equipped for their futures. A proud graduate of Brazosport High School, Mrs. Percle holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Superintendent, Principal, School Counseling and Teacher Certification from the University of Houston. She is passionate about shaping instruction, inspiring students, and connecting them to their community, values that will guide her work in the CTE program.
