Across the district, BISD’s team of Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) serve on the front lines of student care. From addressing everyday health needs to responding to emergencies and managing chronic conditions, school nurses help ensure that students are safe, healthy, and ready to learn.
Beyond clinical care, our nurses build meaningful relationships with students and staff, offering reassurance, compassion, and a steady presence on every campus. Their work helps create an environment where students can thrive both physically and academically.
