What is Read 20 Together?

The mission of Read 20 Together is to inspire the love of reading and build confidence in BISD Kindergarten and 1st Graders by utilizing community partners to read with students. Reading Heroes meet one-on-one with their student at least 20 minutes twice a month for the school year.

What Can I Expect?

Each visit the Reading Hero will go to the classroom, meet the student, walk to the assigned reading spot and enjoy reading together. Books are provided by the campus.
