Junior Achievement (JA) Educator of the Year recognition is awarded annually to an educator who has made a major, positive impact on their students by promoting or supporting Junior Achievement (JA) in their classrooms. According to the JA website, an Educator of the Year should demonstrate attributes such as outstanding overall professionalism, actively participate and assist in JA classroom discussions and preparations for the programs to be taught, and be a role model for others, observing high moral and ethical principles. Julie demonstrates these attributes consistently.
