Kate Schwertner

Kate Schwertner is an accomplished student and aspiring leader who will be attending the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in the fall. She has already demonstrated a high level of academic achievement, having earned a place in the top 3% of her class at Brazoswood and accumulating 38 hours of dual credit from Brazosport College.

Kate's academic accomplishments are matched by her leadership skills, as evidenced by her role as Senior Class Vice President, her positions in both the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society, and her chairpersonship of the 2022 bonfire. She is also an active member of PALS, a program that provides peer support and leadership development for students.

Beyond her academic and leadership accomplishments, Kate is also a talented athlete, having been a Brazoswood Varsity Cheerleader for 3 years and serving as Captain her senior year. With her academic, leadership, and athletic achievements, Kate is well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, and she is sure to make a positive impact in whatever path she chooses to pursue.
