Random Acts of Kindness Week is one week devoted to performing as many acts of kindness as possible on campus. Students accept the challenge and show the world that KINDNESS MATTERS! The challenge is celebrated each year in February.
Random Acts of Kindness is a movement that is making our schools, communities, and the world a kinder and more compassionate place for all. Working together, we joyfully prove that KINDNESS MATTERS!
Kindness That Sticks
BISD Students are encouraged to spread kindness and joy by writing words of encouragement on post-it notes to stick in places around school, home or in the community to encourage others who read it or they can choose specific people to give kind/encouraging notes to.
Families are also encouraged to perform random acts of kindness throughout the week and post it on social media with the tags #BISDPride and #RAK2020
