To Our Valued BISD Volunteers,
As you know many are working diligently to make the best decisions possible for students and staff in these challenging times.
A time frame has not been determined yet for when all visitors and volunteers will be allowed on BISD campuses; but I want to encourage you to go ahead and have your Volunteer Background Application renewed so you will “Be Ready” when the time comes.
Each year volunteers must re-apply to volunteer in BISD. The new window opened on Monday, July 6, 2020.
Please follow the steps below to renew your volunteer application background check:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you renewed your background check information on or before July 1st, then the database system cleared your new 20-21 application along with the old and you should re-apply. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
