Due to the recent increase in student COVID-19 cases, and in an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of our students and staff, Lake Jackson Intermediate School will be closed Friday, December 11, 2020, and transition to At-Home learning for all students for the final week of the Fall semester (December 14-18, 2020). LJIS will return to face-to-face instruction after the holiday break, January 6, 2021.

All extracurricular activities at LJI have also been suspended until we return from holiday break. 

All LJI students will have FREE meals to go for the week of December 14-18. Pick up will be 11:00-12:30, in the bus drive at the back of the school.
