Two Brazoswood Band students have been awarded state recognition from the Texas Music Educators Association.
Bryton Sanabria earned a spot in the All-State Jazz Band on trombone, and Shawn MacGregor earned a spot in the All-State Band on clarinet.
The honor of All-State is achieved by less than three percent of those who try out, with nearly 73,000 Texas high school musicians beginning the audition process each year.
We are so proud of these incredible musicians and congratulate them for being great representatives of their band, school, and community!
