Beutel Elementary now stands with six other campuses in the Brazosport school district as Model PLC schools: Clute Intermediate, Rasco Middle, Freeport Elementary, Polk Elementary, Lanier Elementary, and Freeport Intermediate. BISD was also recognized as a Model PLC at Work District in 2020, collectively exemplifying the core principles of PLCs: a focus on learning, building a collaborative culture, and fostering a results-oriented approach.
